How do I delete my account or request data deletion?

Email privacy@gromitron.com with your account email and we'll process your request within 30 days. Some apps also have in-app account deletion under Settings.

I found a bug โ€” how do I report it?

Email support@gromitron.com with the app name, your device model, iOS/macOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.

I have a feature request โ€” do you take suggestions?

Absolutely. Join the Discord and drop it in the suggestions channel โ€” that's where most of our best ideas come from.

I was charged for something โ€” can I get a refund?

In-App Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything else, reach out to us directly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings โ†’ your name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ find the app โ†’ Cancel Subscription. Cancellations go into effect at the end of your current billing period.
